  • The way they are cooked can play a roll in taste and tenderness. Sorry but these steaks did not look appetizing

  • You need a redo stat. You can’t cook a steak improperly and then have a taste test who makes the best steak. It would be like a sneaker comfort test where all your samples were two sizes too small.

  • whoever cooked the steaks did not do any of the steaks or the steak companies any justice. It also looked like the salt was just sprinkled on top after cooking. Not the best method.

  • You're supposed to actually cook the food. If it's pink that means it isn't cooked! Rare steak is abomination. Just like cold pizza is abomination.

  • I have had a few of these steaks and mine looked alot better. I dont think your supposed to sear before you sous vide, the sous vide would make the crust all soggy
